lighting of a scene from the night inside?
I work on a piece of students, and a stage is so late at night in an apartment in the city. the only "light source" (if you like) is "in" space character is static on an old TV. Being in a city, there is light outside the apartment of streetlights, headlights, the entire city-late-at-night to consider the activity (there is a window to the left of the forum in the overall design). So the question is what we use color gels to get this look? (Number of son, if you know them, please!) We work with some old cans By backlighting, and a mixture of old sourse 4s and Altman 360 (I'm not sure which version, which grows 30 years without embargo) to the front and sides. Thank you!
Do not think the opinion as soon as hard, but rather as a starting point: If you have enough team starts with something like washing Downlight R80 or R83 Strengthen the "light" TV with something like R60 Strengthen light windows with a warmer hue, as R17 or R18 (reminiscent type of sodium lamps outdoors), but do not let this settling in every sense, playing against something fresh out of the window. If you have enough equipment in May you want to try to send something fresh and R60 or R62 through the window at a steep angle (moon) and send the R17 or 18 at a lower angle, (Please lighting lamps, etc..) Add a little front fill with something neutral, such as R53, R57, R68 and perhaps a bit like I said, just a starting point. You may want to change things to better reflect the work itself (ie comedy, drama, etc..)
