How to change the configuration of the radius of a Creative Zen Vision: M for "monkey" to "Stereo"?
I have a player MP3 Creative Zen Vision M, but anytime I go to the radio, I hear nothing. It all started when I used a helmet that has been a larger standard plug, but I did not think at the time. Since then, the radio said "Mono" instead of "Stereo", and I think it does not play anything. When I go to "Settings" I find nothing to change either, please help and thank you!
Some radios Mono only issue, therefore, it would probably be a problem with the radio tuner in the device or perhaps the headphones are broken.
